Appointments

appointment_1The Covid-19 pandemic has changed the way in which appointments are made. If you wish medical advice, our patient advisors will take all of your details and concerns. They are trained in directing you to the best sources of care and support and may advise you to attend the pharmacist, optician, physiotherapist or other health care provider.

If the GP is, indeed, the best person to deal with your problem, then you will be asked by a member of the team to provide as much information as possible. This information will be passed on to the GP who will make a decision on how best to address the problem in terms of timescale and type of support - this may be advice, a telephone appointment, a virtual consultation or a face to face appointment.
